Accelerated development programme for women in maritime

Why this programme? 

The manner and environment in which business is conducted today are dramatically different from that of the past. Too often organisations are trapped in a traditional paradigm and approach to handling the dynamic world in which they must survive.

This programme highlights some of the shackles of conventionality. It addresses challenging contemporary leadership issues that need to be faced and applied to ensure personal growth and business prosperity. Delegates will take away new, refreshing, and useful insights and tools that can be implemented to yield powerful results both from a personal as well as a business perspective.

This programme is contextualised for women leaders within the Maritime sector.
